Bahria Property Hub is a property data and information platform for real estate agencies working in Bahria Town Karachi. We compile publicly posted property listings into a searchable database and let subscribing agencies unlock seller contact details.

Bahria Property Hub is not a real estate agent, broker, buyer, or seller, and we do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee any property transaction. We are a data provider only.

• The Service is intended for real estate agencies and professionals, not individual property buyers or sellers.
• You must sign up using a valid Google account and provide accurate agency and contact details.
• Each account is tied to the device and location it was first used from as a security measure. Signing in from a new device or location may temporarily lock the account for verification — see Section 6.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

• Current plans, pricing, and lead-unlock quotas are listed on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
• Paid plans are activated manually: you transfer payment by bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, and submit the transaction reference for our team to verify.
• Plans are typically activated within 1 business day of a valid payment being submitted, though this can occasionally take longer.
• You're responsible for providing accurate payment details. Payments that can't be matched to your account may delay or prevent activation.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — a plan simply expires at the end of its period, and you choose whether to purchase another.

Property listings and seller contact details on the platform are compiled from publicly posted sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is still available, that any contact detail is correct, or that any seller is the verified owner of the property. You must independently verify ownership, availability, and pricing before proceeding with any transaction. Bahria Property Hub is not affiliated with Bahria Town (Pvt.) Ltd.

To keep the lead database fair for every subscribing agency, you agree not to:

• Share your account, login access, or unlocked lead data outside your own agency.
• Scrape, bulk-export beyond what your plan allows, republish, or resell the lead database.
• Attempt to bypass the device/IP security checks described in Section 2.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including harassment of the sellers or agents whose contact details are unlocked.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payment claims, or misuse the Service.

The Bahria Property Hub name, branding, website, and our compiled/normalized version of the lead database are our property. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the Service for your agency's own lead generation — it doesn't transfer ownership of any of that to you.

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the outcome of any property transaction, for the accuracy of third-party listing data, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
