Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — when you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We ask for your agency name and phone number during signup to set up your account.
• Security information — to keep accounts tied to the agency that created them, we record the device you first sign in from and the IP address used at login. This is used only for the account-security protections described in Section 3, never for tracking or advertising.
• Payment details you submit — because payments are made manually by bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, we only ever collect what you tell us: the transaction reference, sender name, amount, and any note you add when confirming a payment. We never collect or store card numbers, PINs, or mobile banking passwords.
• Usage data — which leads you view and unlock, and basic activity like sign-in times, so we can operate your account and enforce plan quotas.
• Cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived cookies used during the Google sign-in process. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The property leads shown in the platform — seller names, phone numbers, prices, and listing details — are compiled from publicly posted property listings, not collected from our users. This data is separate from the account information described above. We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or availability of any listing, and we encourage everyone to verify details independently, as noted in our Terms & Conditions.

• To create and manage your account, and to sign you in via Google.
• To keep one account tied to the agency that registered it — this is why we record a device identifier and IP address, and why an account can be temporarily locked if it's used from an unrecognized device or location.
• To verify and activate your subscription after you submit a manual payment.
• To provide customer support by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• To send you service-related messages, such as payment confirmations or account notices.
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:

• With Google, as part of the Google Sign-In process — Google's own privacy practices apply to that exchange.
• With service providers who host our infrastructure, strictly to operate the platform.
• If required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our agency users or the public.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Payment records are kept as required for our own financial records.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and the device/IP verification described above. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorized access.

• You can update your agency name and phone number from your account settings.
• You can revoke Bahria Property Hub's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.
• You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by emailing info@bahriapropertyhub.com.

Bahria Property Hub is a business tool for real estate agencies and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
