How to sign in

Sign in with Google in a few taps and land on your leads.

What you will be able to doSign in with Google and reach your leads dashboard without a password.
  1. 1Open the websiteTap Sign In in the header, or in the menu on a phone.
  2. 2Choose GoogleTap Continue with Google. There is no password to remember.
  3. 3Pick your accountSelect the Gmail account you signed up with.
  4. 4You're inBrowse Leads opens with the newest listings.
Tips
  • Use the same Gmail every time, so your leads and unlocks stay in one account.
  • On a phone, just pick your account from the list Google shows you.
Good to knowYour agency name and phone number are asked once, when you first sign up.
Do I have to create a password?No. Google signs you in, so there is no password to set or remember.
Which account should I pick?The Gmail you used when you signed up, so your unlocks stay in one place.

How to find a property

Filter the leads, open one and unlock the seller's number.

  1. 1Open Browse LeadsEvery new listing is here, added through the day.
  2. 2Apply filtersNarrow by precinct, property type, price and size.
  3. 3Open a leadCheck the full details before you spend an unlock.
  4. 4Unlock itGet the seller's name and phone number.
Tips
  • Start with the type and precinct filters, then narrow by price.
  • Read the details first: a lead only needs unlocking once you are sure.
Good to knowSeller contact stays locked until you unlock a lead. Plans include a set number of unlocks.
Does opening a lead cost an unlock?Opening a lead to read its details does not. The seller contact stays locked until you unlock it.
Where do the leads come from?Listings are collected from public property posts and members, then shown here as one lead each.

How to sell a property

Post your property so agents across the platform can see it.

What you will be able to doPost your own property, watch it go from Pending to Live, and pause or edit it later.
  1. 1Create a postTap Add Post and choose Leads.
  2. 2Fill in the detailsPrice, size, location and photos.
  3. 3Post itIt is checked first, then goes Live.
  4. 4Manage itEdit, pause or delete it any time from My Posts.
Tips
  • Add clear photos and the exact precinct, so agents can match your property quickly.
  • A new post shows as Pending while it is checked, then switches to Live.
Good to knowYou can pause a post and resume it later. Posts older than 30 days pause automatically.
Why does my post say Pending?New posts are checked first. Once approved, the status changes to Live.
Can I take a post down for a while?Yes. Pause it any time and resume it later from My Posts.

How to find buyers and tenants

Browse Looking For and unlock the contact of someone who needs a property.

  1. 1Open Looking ForSwitch from For Sale/Rent to Looking For.
  2. 2Filter the requestsBuy or rent, property type and precinct.
  3. 3Open a requestSee exactly what the buyer or tenant needs.
  4. 4Unlock the contactCall them with a matching property.
Tips
  • Use the Buy/Rent switch first, then property type and precinct.
  • Call with a property that fits the budget and area written in the request.
Good to knowThe buyer or tenant contact stays hidden until you unlock the request.
What is Looking For?Requirements from buyers and tenants who want a property, not listings for sale.
Can I post a requirement of my own?Yes. Choose I am Looking in Add Post and it appears for every agency.

Everything you need is already with you

1A Google accountYour Gmail is all you need to sign in. There is no separate password.
2About five minutesEach guide is around a minute long. All four together take about four.

Good to know

Do I need an account to follow the guides?+

Yes. You sign in with your Google account, which creates your account the first time. You can then browse and filter leads before choosing a plan.

Are seller numbers visible straight away?+

No. Seller contact stays locked until you unlock a lead. Depending on your plan, you get a set number of unlocks.

Which guide should I watch first?+

Start with How to sign in, then How to find a property. The other two are for when you want to post your own property or find buyers and tenants.

Do the guides work on a phone?+

Yes. Every guide has a version recorded on a phone screen, and the right one is shown automatically.
